1 Long-term incentives relate to cash settled share based payments where the performance period ended in 2017. The final outcome of these long-term incentives is known, however the amounts are subject to forfeiture until the incentives are received.

2 Mr Mattssons’s other payments relate to reimbursement of tax incurred on relocation costs and a one off supplement where the Group changed its taxable benefit in kind arrangement.

3 Ms Standiford’s other payments relate to a sign-on bonus and a one off supplement where the Group chnaged its taxable benefit in kind arrangement.
